19 August, 2019 – Marine Learning Systems has launched a sophisticated reporting and monitoring tool for internal operations. It is a powerful, centralized platform that supports the company’s efforts to ensure optimal customer implementation performance.
This new tool provides an overview of system health that allows Marine Learning Systems to be highly proactive in managing their operations. It collects, aggregates and displays all performance data in one location, providing both immediate and long-term improvements to company processes. The tool gives instantaneous knowledge about the overall health of all MarineLMS implementations (a process that previously consumed a substantial amount of resources). Marine Learning Systems can now observe customer implementations continuously, allowing them to detect issues before they become serious.
For customers, this means system downtime will be reduced and Remote Training Servers (vessel-based servers that give complete LMS functionality on board, regardless of Internet connectivity) performance will improve. And when server issues do occur, the new tool will allow the company to respond to and resolve issues quicker.
